At NOVYN, we aim to make your delivery experience simple, reliable and transparent.

Processing & Dispatch

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be prepared for shipment by our fulfilment partner. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 7-10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or severe weather.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

Orders over A$100 qualify for free shipping in eligible shipping regions.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking information by email so you can follow your delivery.

Please allow some time after receiving your tracking number for the carrier’s system to update.

International Orders

NOVYN currently ships to selected international destinations, including Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery information is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change its delivery details.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, check your tracking information first.

If there has been no tracking update for an extended period or you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us and we’ll help investigate the shipment.
